More Accurate and Stable
Based on the widely recognized high-reliability Druck control technology, the new PACE5000 pressure controller offers significant improvements in accuracy, long-term measurement stability, and control performance compared to previous models. As a result, the PACE5000 is an ideal choice for automated processes requiring fast and accurate pressure control.
Easy Operation
The touch-enabled high-resolution 1/4 VGA color display makes operating and reading the PACE5000 straightforward. Complex functions can be easily performed through a simple icon-based menu or via RS232 or IEEE connections. The USB communication interface simplifies connecting the controller to a computer, using setup software, and downloading fault information for technical support. The modular design allows for easy replacement of pressure modules of the same or different ranges without downtime. Only the control module needs to be sent for calibration.
Current Instrument Status
The PACE5000 stores its calibration and maintenance history, including instrument configuration, within the device. After each calibration, the calibration time record is updated to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
Multilingual Support
The default display language for the PACE5000 is English, but major European languages, as well as Chinese, Russian, and Japanese, are available as display options. Other languages can be translated and downloaded directly onto the instrument if needed.
Comprehensive Software
The PACE5000 can be used with GE Druck's Intecal software, which supports both laboratory and field calibration. It simplifies the entire pressure calibration process and enables 100% fully automated calibration of pressure sensors and transmitters. Intecal software features complete documentation capabilities, allowing direct export of calibration data and printing of reports and calibration certificates.

Standard Accuracy: 0.02% Rdg + 0.02% FS, including nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature effects. Gauge range accuracy requires normal zeroing operation; for pressure, error plus 10 Pa.
Enhanced Accuracy: 0.01% Rdg + 0.01% FS, including nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature effects. Gauge range accuracy requires normal zeroing operation; for pressure, error plus 10 Pa.
Negative Gauge Pressure Accuracy: Consistent with the maximum permissible error of the positive pressure portion of the selected pressure range.
Long-Term Stability: 0.01% of reading/year
Atmospheric Reference Option Accuracy: 10 Pa, including nonlinearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature effects from 15°C to 45°C; long-term stability is 10 Pa/year.
Control Stability: 0.005% FS (standard accuracy) or 0.003% FS (enhanced accuracy).
Gas Consumption: All supplied gas is used for system pressure control; no gas consumption in measurement mode or when powered off.
